ROI/NI Returns

  • Items can be returned to us within 60 days of purchase provided they are returned in their original condition. They must be clean, undamaged, unused and in a fully resaleable condition (inc. original packaging with tags).
  • Wetsuits must be packed correctly and not rolled up or folded in a way that leaves a permanent crease in the main body of the suit. These need to be treated with care. We will not accept returns of items that have been creased or damaged.

  • We do not refund any delivery costs associated with shipping your order
  • We cannot accept returns of inflatables if they have been opened
  • Enclose a copy of your invoice/ returns form, with a note to advise the reason for return.
  • Returns can be sent via An Post or a courier of your choice. We suggest you use a trackable service. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. The customer is responsible for the cost of return.

EU Returns

  • For International returns you can book through GLS (via the link below), or a courier of your choice. Please note you must email [email protected] to obtain a returns number prior to shipping your return.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return.

UK Returns

The customer is responsible for the cost of return. Returns from the UK will cost €12.95 and must be paid prior to collection.

  • For UK returns please complete the returns form and email a copy to [email protected]
  • We will book collection of your item (s) via our delivery partner GLS.
  • Please note, all returns from mainland UK must be pre booked with Southeast Wetsuits.We cannot accept returns independently shipped and these items may be held at customs. Any fees incurred by parcel sent by the customer and not pre booked via Southeast Wetsuits are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return has been delivered by the courier to our warehouse, please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed before contacting us. Please note once we have processed your return it may take 5 to 10 working days for your refund to appear in your bank account.


We do not offer an exchange option at this time. If you require a different size or product, please place a new order on our website.

In the event that you are sent a wrong item, or your item is faulty, please contact us at [email protected] .Mistakes can happen, so please contact us and we will work to speedily correct any errors.

Warranty Claims

Our wetsuits are covered by a manufacturer warranty which varies from brand to brand. Most wetsuits are covered under a 12 month warranty except for O’Neill’s who offer 24 months.

If you have experienced a problem due to a manufacturing fault within this period, we are happy to act on your behalf and contact the brand to initiate a claim. To do this, please send an email to [email protected] explaining the fault in detail and include photographs clearly showing the fault and proof of purchase. Photographs are essential when making a warranty claim.

In the event that a replacement cannot be provided for a warranty, we will issue you with store credit.
